A Taste of Tradition :

They love eating it with lontong and gado gado, and you better make plenty—there’s never enough, and it disappears fast!

Travel to Japan :
Japan is still at the top of my travel wishlist, and yakitori is definitely a dish I hope to try on that trip. I’m looking forward to experiencing the traditional skewers with tare sauce and grilled chicken in an authentic izakaya, and discovering how simplicity and attention to detail make this dish so special.
